摘要
⽬的 近年来,电⼦屏幕设备使⽤已成为⻘少年⽇常⽣活不可或缺的⼀部分,且这⼀现象随
着时间仍在不断增加,但过度沉迷存在⻛险。特别需要注意的是,⽬前⻘少年沉迷于使⽤
电⼦屏幕设备这⼀问题在全球范围内普遍存在。全球不少各国学者正探究这⼀问题,为⻘
少年健康出谋划策,作出不容小觑的贡献。此次专题探究旨在探讨坤成中学学⽣电⼦屏幕
使⽤⾏为与⾝⼼健康状况的关联。⽅法 此次探究通过问卷调查,⼀共 243 位年龄介于 14
⾄ 17 岁坤成中学学⽣参与这项探究,收集使⽤电⼦屏幕设备情况及⾝⼼健康⾃评数据,运
⽤描述性统计和相关性分析等⽅法进⾏分析。结果 此探究发现⼤多数参与者在“社交媒体
的使⽤能够缓解压⼒”存在认知冲突;反之,过多的社交媒体的使⽤实际上增加了更加抑
郁、焦虑、压⼒的可能性。结论 坤成中学学⽣电⼦屏幕使⽤⾏为与⾝⼼健康存在⼀定关联
关系。社交媒体使⽤虽能短期获得满⾜感,但⻓期过度使⽤可能加剧负⾯情绪。此探究可
帮助社会各界在了解屏幕使⽤⾏为及其影响后,共同营造有利⻘少年健康成⻓的环境,并
对其影响制定针对性⼲预措施。

Abstract
Objective The number of adolescents exposed to electronic gadgets has drastically increased in recent years and
problematic dependency on electronic gadgets among adolescents has become a global worldwide concern. This
has gained attention of many researchers around the globe and it is contributing much towards the studies of
adolescents’ health status, both mentally and physically. Our study aims to investigate the relationship between
electronic gadget use and Kuen Cheng High School students’ physical and mental health status. Methods A
questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data on Kuen Cheng High School students' usage of electronic
gadgets and their self-evaluated physical and mental health. SPSS (descriptive statistics, correlation analysis)
was employed for data analysis. Results Data collected from this study highlighted that the majority of
participants have misconceptions on how social media could improve their mental health by stress through
entertainment and socialising online. In fact, excessive use of online social media actually increases depression,
anxiety and stress. Conclusion This study has associated the status of internet use and social media usage of
Kuen Cheng High School students and the impact towards mental and physical health. More importantly
observation of this study is a step forward to further understand adolescents’ behaviour in relation to electronic
gadget usage.
