                        本研究探討咖啡中的咖啡因對⾼中⽣專注⼒的影響。本實驗將喝含咖啡因的咖啡設

             為控制組,喝不含咖啡因的咖啡為實驗組。15 位受試者(n=  )在 10 天內隨機飲⽤含咖
             啡因的咖啡或不含咖啡因咖啡,並在喝前、喝后 20 分鐘及喝後 3 小時進⾏專注⼒測試。所
             得的測試數據為答對率和反應時間,因此本小組將數據調整為每秒準確率為基準後才進⾏

             分析。實驗結果顯⽰,兩組咖啡皆可提升學⽣的專注⼒,惟實驗組在喝咖啡后 20 分鐘與 3
             小時所得到的每秒準確率更⾼,顯⽰喝無咖啡因的咖啡對於專注⼒提升的效果更加顯著。
             ⾄於無咖啡因咖啡裡的什麼成分導致專注⼒的提升,值得研究小組進⾏後續研究來做更深
             ⼊的探討。

                 Abstract




                     This study investigates the effect of caffeine in coffee on the attention span of high
             school students. The experiment designates coffee containing caffeine as the control group
             and  decaffeinated  coffee  as  the  experimental  group.  Fifteen  participants  (n=15)  consumed
             either caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee randomly within a period of 10 days and underwent
             attention span tests before drinking, 20 minutes after drinking, and 3 hours after drinking.
             The  test  data  obtained  include  accuracy  rate  and  reaction  time.  Therefore,  the  data  were
             adjusted to accuracy rate per second as the baseline before analysis. The results indicate that
             both groups of coffee can enhance students' attention span; however, the experimental group
             showed higher accuracy rates 20 minutes and 3 hours after drinking coffee, suggesting a more
             significant  improvement  in  attention  span  from  consuming  decaffeinated  coffee.  Further
             research by the study group is
             warranted  to  explore  which  components  in  decaffeinated  coffee  contribute  to  the
             enhancement of
             attention span.
