After all competing classes had finished their performances, the judges took some time
to come to a decision. Before announcing the prizes, the judges were invited up to the stage to
say a few words.

Ms. Rachel Tan congratulated the classes that made it into the finals and thanked
everyone for their coordination. Specifically, she said that the volume of the whole song can be
adjusted, but overall the creativity was a breakthrough for all of the classes. Ms. Wong Sheau
Hui said that she was gratified with the changes in the classes since the preliminary round.
Every class had improved their presentation auditorily and visually.

List of winners of the Junior category is as follows:
• Champion: Jr2Z(2)
• First runner-up: Jr3S(5)
• Second runner-up: Jr2Z(5)
• Excellence: Jr3Z(6), Jr1Z(3)
• Best creative award: Jr2Z(2)

And, winners of the senior category:
• Champion: Sr3ScB
• First runner-up: Sr2A

• Second runner-up: Sr2ComA
• Excellence: Sr2ComB, Sr1ScA
• Best creative award: Sr2A

Overall, the competition was a tremendous success. Regardless of the results attained,
one cannot deny that the class choir competition fostered the spirit of teamwork and unity
among the students of each class.
