On the 18th of May, 2019. It was quite a sight to behold, in the classrooms
were science stream students wielding brushes and pastel paints, un-
leashing their creativity on pieces of cotton material.
In conjunction with the upcoming Science Week, the school arranged an ac-
tivity for the science stream students on the second part of Saturday. A project
named “Atomic Apron” was done in groups, each had been assigned a specific ele-
ment from the periodic table as inspiration to design an apron. On it must include
the said element’s details such as its electron and nucleon number and such.
As the activity went on, all could see that the students were diligent and deter-
mined, some discussed on designs while others were scribbling with colored mar-
