Principal, Dr Chua Lee Lee giving a speech, stating that Kuen Cheng High School will forever be the graduates’ second

After that, the prize-giving ceremony commenced. Monitors of all graduating classes went onstage to receive the
graduation certificates on behalf of their respective classes. The top five achievers in each class, the top ten achievers of
