The students' expressions during the tug-of-war competition showed their
commitment to winning and bringing glory to their class and teachers. However, only
three teams remained from both sides: Sr1ScA, Sr1ScG, and Sr1ComA for the Senior
Middle One team, and Sr2ScF, Sr2ScG, and Sr2ComC for the Senior Middle Two
side.
Congratulations to the qualifying teams for the finals in the Senior Middle One
team and to those who didn't qualify, they should not be disappointed as there is
always another chance to prove themselves. A group photo was taken with the
students and teachers, and they all prepared for the upcoming tug-of-war event in the
following month.

On May 24, 2024, Kuen Cheng High School's Teacher's Day organizing committee
and the school Volleyball Club held a tug-of-war finale to strengthen relationships
between teachers and students, nurture teamwork skills, and build sportsmanship
among students. The competition took place in front of the school's new dormitory
building, with six teams from Senior Middle One and Senior Middle Two classes
competing against each other. The finals used a round-robin style, with each team
having a chance to win despite losing a match.
The teams competed with each
other, pulling with all their might to
reach the top spot on the podium.
The organisers called all team leaders
to discuss the results and held a prize-
giving ceremony, where all teams
received prizes such as umbrellas,
shoe bags, and keychains. The event
was filled with competitive liveliness
and a strong sense of sportsmanship
among the students.
