SR2A Parent-Teacher Interaction Day
After having students’ grades been
given out, Kuen Cheng High School
held a Parent-Teacher Interaction Day
for all Junior 2 to Senior 2 classes on
the 9th of July. The objective of this
meeting was to give the parents an
opportunity to understand the situations
of their children. In the class of SR2A,
preparations were made beforehand by
their Form Teacher, Ms Ho Huey Shiang
and their Class Monitors, Wong Khai
Qing and Ooi Mei Lin.
The event started at 8:00a.m. with a brief
introduction by the masters of ceremony
of the event, Ng Sheng Jie, Heah Ernn and
Lee Weng Yee. Ms Ho showed a report on
the class situation and the average grade
of the class in the previous exam. She
also informed about the School’s plan for
Senior 2 students in the next semester,
giving the parents a better understanding
of their child’s situation in the school. Ms

The meeting soon ended with a group photo to conclude the event. After some
Q&A sessions, some of the parents were invited into private meetings with Ms Ho
to get information about their child’s performance in School. With that, SR2A’s
Parent-Teacher Interaction Day came to an end.

Later, the Class Committee and the
Assistants for each subject gave an
introduction of themselves to the parents.
They also introduced activities done in
each subject to the parents. Besides that,
quotes from all the teachers of SR2A were
presented by the Assistants as well. Most
of the teachers emphasized that students
of SR2A are active in class and would
always complete their homework on time.
Following up, a surprise video of students’
thanking their parents and their school
life, which was edited by student Yee Shen
Min, was presented to the parents. Photos
of students with their origami flowers
folded in school were also included in
the video. Later on, the emcees let the
