Moving on, Fang Lu has explained the basic rules and techniques of writing a short story well.
He used the example from his Nai Mi. Students were given chances to read his awarded short stories
and how different techniques had been applied. Students were amazed and had expressed how inter-
esting the storyline was.
Many students and teachers showed great interest by raising questions relating to writing skills,
and were fascinated by the answers provided by Fang Lu. The participants approached Fang Lu to
take photos and sign on his books before they left the auditorium. Students were thankful, filled with
writing knowledge and fully prepared to participate in the forthcoming contest.
