4 Placement Test Information: 5
NEW INTAKE
4.1 Exam Date : 3 October (Saturday) OR 4 October (Sunday) 2020
4.2 Exam Time: Group 1: 8.00 am - 12.00 pm (breakfast provided) OR
Group 2: 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm (snack provided)
4.3 Depending on the Covid-19 situation, candidates will sit for the Test on either one
of the Test Dates as mentioned above. Details will be given on our Official
Website three days prior to the Test.
4.4 Subjects Tested: Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics.
4.5 Students must wear their respective Primary School uniforms, bring along the
Registration Receipt and necessary stationery for the Test.
4.6 Results of the Placement Test will serve as basis for Class Allocation for the New
Academic Session. No queries will be entertained in this regard.
4.7 Admissions of students will be notified via SMS to respective parents.
4.8 Students are advised to also to check their admission status one week after the
Placement Test on:
a) Kuen Cheng High School Official Website (www.kuencheng.edu.my)
b) Major local Chinese Newspapers
4.9 Registration Fee is non-refundable. Candidates who are absent for the test will
automatically be ineligible for admission.
5 Enrolment for Successful Students
5.1 Parents of successful students will be notified by SMS. Deadline for Online
Payment of Admission Fees will be on 16 October 2020 (Friday). Failure to do
so by parents within the stipulated time, the seat will be cancelled.
5.2 Fees payable upon Admission (All fees paid are non-refundable nor transferable):
a) School Fee RM 450.00 (for January)
b) Building Fund RM 300.00 (Yearly)
RM 750.00
5.3 Admission Fee for successful students should only be made through
Online JomPAY. An Official receipt will be issued and sent by email.
6 Fees Structure (Total Fees for Junior One Students)
6.1 Monthly School Fee: RM 450.00; the School collects only ten (10) months per
year. RM 450.00 x 10 = RM 4,500.00.
6.2 Yearly Building Fund: RM 300.00
6.3 Instruction Material Fees: RM 612.00- inclusive of Student Identity Card, Accident
Insurance, Science Lab, Multi-media Lab Online Classes and Computer, Library
& Sports, and the Electronic Prints & Publication, etc. Form Teachers will collect
the amount from students before 10 January 2021 when School starts.
7 Hostel
The School provides hostel accommodation. Interested students can obtain Applica-
tion Form and more information from the Hostel. Preference will be given to outstation
students.
8 School Bus Service
Our School Bus Fleet covers extensive areas in the Klang Valley. Interested students
