NEW INTAKE

1 Start Date for Academic Year : 4 January 2021 (Monday)
School Hours - Monday to Friday : 7.20 am - 3.00 pm
Saturday : 7.20 am - 12.00 pm

2 Registration

2.1 Date: Open from 1 July (Wed) to 21 September (Mon) 2020
2.2 Registration for Malaysian students will be fully online:
i) Click here for Registration: Registration Form
ii) Supporting documents to be uploaded shall include Birth Certificate,
Full Report Card of Primary 4, Primary 5 and Primary 6 first semester (if
available). All Report Cards must show the Conduct Grade of the applying
student.
iii) Upon completing the registration:
a) Parents will receive an email on Fee Payment instructions. This Fee for
Registration RM 80.00 must be paid through JomPAY in five days. An
Official Receipt and link for electronic New Students Manual will be sent by
email to the respective applicants within five working days.
b) Incomplete documents will be notified by email. And, all required documents
must be presented in three working days. (Incomplete documents
submitted will affect the outcome for final enrolment consideration.)

2.3 For foreign nationality - (In-person Registration) students must be present at the
School to complete the Registration.

3 Admissions

3.1 In view of the COVID-19 situation, the School has come up with two Alternative
Modes of Admissions for the upcoming session:

Priority Placement Test 2021 will be conducted for all registered Primary 6 Stu-
Mode dents. Please Refer to Item 4 under this Guideline for the Test.

3.2 If Placement Test cannot be conducted in view of the Covid-19 situation, the School
will then announce in September 2020 on our Official Website
(www.kuencheng.edu.my) of an Alternate Mode of acceptance.

Alternate a) Admission will be based on the Results of Primary 4 and Primary 5,
Mode and the Average Marks of Primary 6.
b) Outstanding performance in Academic, Sports & Games as well as
Co- curricular Activities will also be given priority of admission if
deemed appropriate.
c) Any payment made is non-refundable.
