              2.5   Upon completing the registration and uploading of documents:
                  a) Parents will receive an email on【Fee Payment Instructions 】. This 【Fee for
                     Registration RM 200.00】must be paid through JomPAY          on the same day.

                     e.g. Jompay Biller Code:7625, Ref-1: XXXXX, Ref-2: FS student name in English
                   b) An Official Receipt and link for electronic【New Students Manual】will be sent by
                     email to the respective applicants within five (5) working days.
                   c) Incomplete documents will be notified by email. And, all required documents must be
                     presented in three (3) working days. (Incomplete documents submitted will affect the
                     outcome for final enrolment consideration)

          3 Admission
              In view of the COVID-19 situation, the School has come up with these Alternative Mode of
              Admissions:

              3.1
                      Mode
                  Placement Test 2023 will be conducted for all registered Primary 6 Students. Refer to Item
                  4 in these Guidelines for the Test.
                    Alternate
              3.2
                      Mode
                  If the Placement Test cannot be conducted in view of the Covid-19 situation, the School
                  will then announce in early September on our Official Website (www.kuencheng.edu.my)
                  of an Alternate Mode Online.
              3.3   Any payment made is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
                                                           Priority
          4 Placement Test at School (when in use of                         ):
                                                            Mode

              4.1   Test Subjects: Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics.
              4.2   Test Date and Time: 1/10/2022 (Saturday) 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
              4.3   Details of the Test will be provided on our Official Website three (3) days prior to the Test.
              4.4   Students must wear their respective Primary School uniforms, bring along the Registration
                  Receipt and necessary stationery to the Test. Snacks will be provided.
              4.5   Results of the Placement Test will serve as basis for Class Allocation for the New Academic
                  Session. Appeals or queries will not be entertained.
              4.6   Admission of students will be notified via SMS to respective parents.
              4.7   Students are encouraged to also check their admission status one week after the Placement
                  Test through:
                  a) Kuen Cheng High School Official Website (www.kuencheng.edu.my)
                  b) Major local Chinese Newspapers (the Press decides on its own on when to release the
                     news)
              4.8   Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates who are
                  absent for the Test are not eligible for admission.
