摘要



             近来,⻢来西亚南⽅鲎的数量持续减少,其原因主要为栖息地⽔质不佳之问题。⽔质是影
             响鲎存活率的主要环境因素,而了解与改善⽔质正是提⾼鲎存活率的关键。为了提⾼鲎存
             活率,并降低其死亡率,本组⾃制了过滤系统,设之为实验组,并另设⼀原有蛋⽩质分离

             器之系统,设之为控制组。2024 年 2 ⽉底⾄ 3 ⽉初,本组⼀共⽤了 15 天将装有⾃制过滤
             系统之⽔缸与装有蛋⽩质分离器之⽔缸进⾏⽔质与幼年南⽅鲎存活率之⽐较并将上述数据
             记录。本实验之实验组在实验结束时将死亡率维持在较低⽔平,同时在⽔质数据⽅⾯也较
             控制组稳定,故实验宗旨达成,⾃制过滤系统被证实有效。

             Abstract



             In recent years, the number of Malaysian Tachypleus gigas have been declining.
             The  main  reason  for  this  phenomenon  is  the  poor  water  quality  of  its
             habitats.Water  quality  is  the  main  environmental  factor  that  affects  T.gigas’
             survival  rate.  Understanding  and  improving  the  water  quality  is  important  to

             increase  the  survival  rate  of  T.gigas.  In  order  to  increase  the  survival  rate  and
             reduce the mortality rate of T.gigas, we designed a self-made filtration system and
             grouped it Experiment. To make a comparison, we set up another system with a

             protein skimmer and grouped it Control. At the end of February to early March
                 , we spent    days observing and comparing the water quality and survival
             rate  of  juvenile  T.gigas  of  both  systems,  then  recorded  the  data.  The  mortality
             rate of Experiment remains low and the water quality was better in Experiment
             compared  to  Control.  This  means  that  the  objective  of  the  experiment  was

             achieved  and  the  hypothesis  was  accepted,  the  self-made  filtration  system  was
             proven effective.
