b) Only documents submitted with Application Fee paid before the deadline will be
processed.
c) Incomplete application documents will be notified by email. And, all required docu-
ments must be presented in three (3) working days. (Incomplete documents submit-
ted will affect the outcome for final enrolment consideration)

2.3 For foreign nationality - students must first write in with an email to registration@
kuencheng.edu.my for an online interview appointment to know about the Application
process. (Refer to [Intake 2024 International Students] for more details)

3 Placement Test & Related

3.1 Placement Test Day: 7 October 2023 (Saturday)
3.2 Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
3.3 Subjects: Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics.
3.4 For details regarding the Placement Test, find out more from the [Intake 2024 Application
System] for the Candidate ID, Exam Hall, etc.
3.5 Students must bring along the [Placement Test Pass] as a proof.
3.6 Students must wear their respective Primary School uniforms, bring along the [Placement
Test Pass] and necessary stationery to the Test.
3.7 Snacks will be provided.
3.8 Results of the Placement Test will serve as basis for Class Allocation for the New Academic
session. Appeals or queries will not be entertained.
3.9 Admission of students will be notified via SMS and Email to the main contact (parents).
3.10 Students are encouraged to also check their admission status one week after the Placement
Test through

c) Major Chinese newspapers (upon media discretion on the release date and its news site)
3.11 Application Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Absence from the Test
will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

4 Enrolment for Successful Students

4.1 The main contact (parents) of successful students will be notified by SMS and Email. Par-
ents must make sure the Registration Fee will be paid through the [Intake 2024 Appli-
cation System] before 20-10-2023 (Friday).
