Career Week Overview
ne’s teenage years can flash by in the blink of

it’s totally normal for Senior 2 and Senior 3 students
to be clueless about their future careers. Even if
they already have everything planned out nicely,
firsthand information on less common jobs can be
difficult to come by. In order to help these students
better understand work life, Kuen Cheng High
School has organised Career Week, which mainly
consists of a series of talks and workshops held
after school. This year, they were held on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday between 15 to 21 July 2019,
in the Music Room and at the 9th floor of Block C.
Day 5: Bon Odori (Japanese Dance)
26th of July marked the end of International Week, but it certainly wasn’t going out without a grand finale. Lots of students
gathered round at A Block Lobby during the second recess in preparation of this event. Everyone was handed a fan then led
out to the cleared basketball courts to begin the Bon Odori. Bon Odori, literally meaning Bon Dance, is a traditional dance to MONDAY — TV Host and DJ
