A failed quiz, or an unrequited love,
Maybe a loved one who would never come Being editor of KCN has been anything short
home. of hectic, but I was really glad to be part of the team
behind my favourite Kuen Cheng publication. There
Sneaking by, without the faintest whisper, were many setbacks and roadblocks along the way,
                   Looming over those unsuspecting, waiting.
but my partners Grace and Dawn helped tons (and
All at once, like waves they come crashing down, I cannot stress this enough, TONS) with the heavy
Shattering that naive, unknowing heart. lifting. And here we are now, at the end of the road.

Zoning out, saying that oh, nothing’s wrong, I’d also like to thank Ginny and Yoongkeen
Blissfully ignorant, while skies darken. for cranking out most of our layout; Ke Yin and

Fire’s burning, screaming out loud, unfiltered rage, (like I said, setbacks); Cez, Yi-Ming, Anselia, Ker
“Injustice!”, you curse vengefully at God. Zhi, and Summer for contributing the gorgeous

“Could have been,” regretting actions of past, fun games; Li Yang and the Photography Club
Dwelling on why this wasn’t prevented.
for providing us with amazing pictures; Robert,
Gloomy skies, the darkness creeping in now, Miss Vino and Miss Sharmila for meticulously
Bleak, numb, existential dreading of life. giving pointers and feedback; and all the writ-

Climbing out, healing through those painful times,
Again seeing the long missed dawnbreak’s Phew, that was a mouthful! With all that
            light. said, enjoy~
