力、倾听能力、影响力、团队建设的能
力等等。提升软技能不但能帮助学生更
快的适应大学，也能帮助同学们准备踏
入社会工作。坤成中学辅导处于2023年
7月自主学习日举办13场不同主题的软
技能工作坊给高二学生。
