Knot Tying and First-aid
The Air Scouts came next and showed us how to tie knots. Each of us received
a single rope. They discussed the value of knotting and went over the procedures for
each kind of knotting. There are also ikatan bunga geti, reef knots, and simpul manuk.
There was a great vibe and some movement when the Air Scouts invited their peers to
challenge them. Most students appreciated and hoped that they can keep learning and
improving on these basic life-saving skills!
