On the 20th of August 2022, the Year-end Co-curricular Meeting was held by the Co- Ng Sze Yun SR2A
Curricular Department of Kuen Cheng High School. The participants included the
teachers-advisors, presidents, secretaries and treasurers of each club. The aim of the
meeting was to inform committee members about plans for the annual review meeting Following up, the Assistant Head of the Co-Curricular Department, Madam Lim Bee
for each club and the activities next year. Hsiang, gave a report regarding the financial accounts of every club. She listed the details
that need to be included in each club’s Account Journal, including both the main and
