Kuen Cheng Girl Guides
Communication Training Camp

In order to enhance communication between club members and
cultivate their communication skills, the Kuen Cheng Girl Guides held
a communication skills training camp on the 10th of June (Thursday)
at 4:30 pm. Madam Chong Lee Ying from the Counseling Department
was invited to give the girls a talk on communication skills.
Madam Chong began her talk by requiring the girls to sit up straight
and look straight into their web cameras as a sign of basic respect for
the speaker. In her talk, Madam Chong defined communication as
the “passage for ideas and information”, where a concept, mindset, or
expression of self is transferred from one person to another in order.
It aims to reach the other party’s understanding and/or exchange
information or emotions.
