To enhance students’ general knowledge and understanding of full-body physical workouts, the Senior 1 batch of 2025 was tasked with creating a complete Tabata workout routine. This project contributed to their Physical Education grades. Each group consisted of approximately 10 students who were required to collaborate and design a full Tabata routine. The routine needed to include two lower-body exercises, two upper-body exercises, core exercises, and some basic cardio. Students then had to present and demonstrate their routines during P.E. periods for the entire class to follow.

On that Saturday, 22/3/2025, students were actively engaged—huddled in groups, discussing ideas, and even testing out the exercises on the spot. The Assistant to teachers were present in each class to ensure order and maintain discipline throughout the activity.

This project has truly opened our eyes to the world of Tabata, offering valuable insights into effective fitness routines and encouraging teamwork and creativity among students.
