From the 14th to the 18th of February 2023, the Class Committee Presidents organized a series of events interrelated with school safety awareness. Among these activities were two video promotions.
The committee interviewed students and teachers about school safety awareness and the importance of abiding by safety regulations. The St John Ambulance team was also specially invited to explain the common steps to take after accidents. Compiled into a video, the interviews and lessons successfully garnered the attention of the student body.
Another video was a comedic yet enlightening short film about the dangers in school if safety isn’t taken seriously, such as queue jumping, pushing in elevators or jostling in stairwells. These are all frequent accidents that may turn into tragedies if school safety is not enforced, the video tells us so, consequently tying into the theme of promoting school safety awareness.
Many thanks to the committee who worked hard on the video projects.
