After the group photo, representatives from both schools moved to MML 2, where the visitors were introduced to traditional Malaysian food, clothing, games, dances, and festivals. Our guest students and teachers then explored the space, trying out traditional games like Congkak, Batu Seremban, and Gasing, tasting snacks like Muruku, and admiring traditional outfits like the Sari. Our Indian teachers also offered henna drawing, adding to the cultural experience. The visitors had a wonderful time exploring Malaysia’s culture. Principal Wang Bang Quan shared his positive impression of Kuen Cheng High School, praising its strong learning environment that focuses on character buidling, and efforts to preserve Chinese culture.

Next, students and teachers gathered at the main entrance, where Mr. Wang Zhi En, Deputy Convenor of the Science and Technology Center at Qinxian Junior High School, introduced the basics of drone control to members of Kuen Cheng High School’s Tech Creators Club. The students had the opportunity to try flying the drones themselves. While it seemed simple at first, they quickly realized that mastering drone flying requires skill and practice. It was a fun and challenging hands-on experience for all involved.

After a lunch break, Qinxian Junior High School students toured Kuen Cheng High School’s campus, while their teachers and parents observed a Chinese education activity for Senior Middle Three students in the school hall. Later, Kuen Cheng High School’s Tech Creators Club had a hands-on workshop in MML 2. They made a window grille flip light, which turns on by flipping, and crafted a frame featuring the Jiufen landscape in Taiwan. Eugene Wong Jun Han, Chairman of the Tech Creators Club, thanked the Qinxian teachers and students for their guidance. He especially loved the Jiufen frame, where the landscape lights up when the light is switched on.
