Kuen Cheng Education Fair 2021

On the 10th of August, Kuen Cheng High School organized an online Education Fair to aid Junior Middle 3 to Senior Middle 3 students in exploring further studies in universities, and the future career planning. It was one of the major events arranged by the Counseling Department. There were a total of 58 foreign and local universities and education institutions participating in this Fair. There were two sessions held, each two and a half hours long. The morning session began at 11am while the afternoon session began at 1pm.

Due to the unprecedented outbreak of pandemic, the event was held over the Zoom video platform this time. Each session had two Zoom meeting rooms for options locally and abroad each, totalling four rooms per session. There were around 150 to 200 students in each room. Each university or education agency had their own breakout room of which students could enter to learn more about them. Students would attend three breakout rooms according to the selection on their registration before moving around the meeting freely.

The representatives would prepare a presentation or a video about their institution to introduce themselves. After the short briefing from each representative, students would be able to ask questions.
