Introduction |
Parents can log into Admin System to:
【Monitor Your Child’s Attendance】:
1. Log into Admin System
2. Menu > ID Card Info > Attendance(ID Card) Info > Log
(If you have more than one child at our school,you may click on“User”under“Log”and choose your children’s name,to check on their latest update.)
【Check Report Card】:
【Check Fees/Print Receipt】:
1. Log into Admin System
2. Menu > Student Info > Student Info > Student > Click on icon next to Student ID > Click on “Fee” located on top right corner
3. Print Receipt:Click on PDF icon next to Receipt No.,you will be able to view and print the receipt.
【Update Personal Info/Contact Info】:
1. Log into Admin System
2. Menu > Student Info > Student Info > Student
3. Click on Edit icon next to Student ID > Edit/Update Info > Click on “Update” button at bottom.
PS:Parents are encouraged to fill in all the information, especially names and NRIC as referring to Identity Card. This is to ease the process of verification when fetching your children in case they need to leave school earlier.
Parents are encouraged to sign up account
Once the application form being submitted, you will received your personal ID attached with passwords within 7 working days.
