On July 20, 2024, a workshop on “Using Emotional Management at the Workplace” was held at Kuen Cheng High School, Kuala Lumpur, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The workshop, conducted by Mr. Maxwell Sim from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), an experienced educator with a passion for lifelong learning, was targeted at non-Chinese speaking teachers. The primary goal is to improve emotional management skills among staff to cultivate a positive work environment.

Mr. Maxwell Sim, who has nearly 20 years of experience across all levels of education, led the workshop. Known for his commitment to educator welfare and the integration of technology in education, Maxwell emphasized the importance of emotional management in fostering a supportive and enriching work environment for teachers. His background in conservation education and co-curricular learning, coupled with his dedication to continuous growth for both students and educators, made him an ideal facilitator for this workshop.
