On the 29th of July, Kuen Cheng High School Counselling Department jointly organised a sharing session, for Senior Middle Two and Three students, with the United Kingdom Education Centre (UEKC) regarding further studies in England and Ireland.
The session kicked off with Dr Joyce, from the UEKC playing a video to give students a preliminary understanding of these countries.
Next up, Ms Charlotte from UKEC shared information on education pathways, course categories, qualifications, fees, scholarships, backup routes and application methods.
After a short Q&A session, Angela Koh Zi Xuan, an alumna of Kuen Cheng High School and a current student at the University of Glasgow shared her experiences studying abroad.

Joyce then shared some information about part-time jobs and the accommodation options available. In addition, she told us that what’s most important is self-discipline and financial management.
The session ended after a lucky draw and taking a group photo.
