The Hong Kong JPC Study Abroad group visited Kuen Cheng High School for the exchange of cultural knowledge and enhancing further understanding of the role and responsibilities of Kuen Cheng’s Police Cadet society. Mr. Zheng, the Hong Kong JPC Honorary Deputy Chairman of Yau Tsim District, indicated that JPC in Hong Kong was an organization formed for constructive communication between the Police Force and the youth. It was established in year 1974. The purpose was to promote a joined collaboration with the youth in targeting against criminal activities. Besides, it was an opportunity to prepare youth to become decent adults. Mr.Zheng also expressed his gratitude to Kuen Cheng High School for the hospitality and praised Kuen Cheng’s Police Cadet on their march-past. Many VIPs from Hong Kong attended the cultural exchange event alongside with Principal Mdm. Gooi; Among them were Ms. Zhao, the Chairman of JPC in Yau Tsim District ; Mr. Chan Zhen Zhao, The Honorary Chairman ; Mr. Lai Qin the Chairman ; Mr.Yap, Committee Member of JPC ; Mr. Chao Choong Bin, Chairman of Yau Tsim District Council ; Sergeant Chan Chao Zhong, Royal Hong Kong Police; and Sergeant Zheng Hui Qiong, Royal Hong Kong Police. |
