To celebrate the end of a stressful and lengthy exam, Senior Three students staying in hostel hosted a mini carnival on 17 May 2019. The week before the carnival, Senior Three students had carried out numerous meetings as well as pre-tests to make sure everything turned out well so that the carnival would be a success.
The event started at 7:30 p.m., all hostel students gathered along the alley between two canteens and hunted for their supper. Since this was a small event, everything was sold below RM3 during that night. Not surprisingly, food sold out really quickly and many who were late had missed out most of the yummy food.
Besides the busy and excited Senior Threes’, teachers who were in charge of the hostel had also participated in selling bubble milk tea as well as other delicious local snacks. There was a small competition where hostel students could guess the name of the food that was for sale during the carnival; winners eventually had been awarded with delicious spaghetti Bolognese.
In the midst of the event, a group of Senior Three students were having a great time dancing while K-pop music blasted out at full volume. It did not take long, students started to form a singing group, and it became a performance presented by Senior Three students. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a rather great and wonderful night. The carnival ended around 8:45 p.m. with a huge success and lots of sweet memories!
