The Counseling Department conducted a Know Your Kuen Cheng and Love Your Kuen Cheng Orientation Day 2019 on 28 December 2018. A variety of events are held to orient and welcome new students of Junior One. Class teachers and members from the Counseling Club helped in the introduction so that new students learn their ways around the building as well as history of Kuen Cheng High School.
During this orientation session, new students get to know their classmates, meet their teachers, and participate in some interesting introductory activities, experience a joyful day which is designed to help them to adapt to their new school life.
Also, new students are invited to meet with Clubs and Society Committee in the Main Hall. The Co-curricular exhibition shows to parents different choice of activities provided for their children. A short film has been played to present the growth and development of the school. Later back in the class, Class teachers make introduction about the Rules and Regulations, School Anthem, School Badge, Examinations and its System, Whalet Card and the Usage, parts and parcels and the culture of Kuen Cheng High School.
New students were also treated with Blessing Game and Modeling for Fun. The organizers have indeed promised a fun-filled day with loads of entertainment for the parents and students. All the school wants is nothing more than our students will be happily enjoying their study and a good health from the day onwards.
