Both educational institutes conducted a signing ceremony of Overseas Education Partnership Memorandum. The Memorandum forms strong alliance and reliable partnership to enhance cultural understanding through cross-cultural exchange. Kuen Cheng graduates are now able to further their studies at Tzu Chi College. Scholarships are available for outstanding and deserving students. The scholarships cover fees, accommodation and meals. The Dean of Academic Affairs of Tzu Chi College, Professor Xu, indicated that the partnership could expand the professional growth of both nations’ teachers and students, thus, increasing cross-cultural awareness. Both institutes may collaborate in organizing a variety of activities such as educational talks and applied research. Both parties are expected for regular visits from each other to observe the quality of each school’s facilities, promote mutual understanding and respect, and to improve higher education in counseling aspect. Hence, supporting each other in necessary equipment and learning materials. The teachers and staff of Kuen Cheng can engage themselves in the advanced studies in Tzu Chi College and are eligible to enjoy special privileges. Principal, Mdm Gooi expressed that the inter-school partnership is a form of blessing and reward.
