How to get refund of account balance?

Refund of Whalet’s Account Balance

Please provide information and supporting document required below for Whalet to proceed with refund:

1. Full Name (as per National Identity Card or Passport)
2. National Identity Card Number or Passport Number
3. Home or Mailing Address.
4. Whalet Account Number
5. A copy of the User’s national identity card front and back (Mykad) – Please remark for “whalet use only” or passport ; and
6. A copy of the User’s bank account statement.
